J9 Motorcycles specialise in bespoke servicing as not all machines have the same usage per annum.

Keeping servicing simple

If you know its time for an annual or intermediate service, detailed below are the two most common services.

Add these options in conjunction with your annual M.O.T.

Service option 1: £139 +vat

• Engine oil and Oil filter replacement,
• Chassis service:
  • Nut/bolt torque check,
  • Chain clean, lube and adjust tension
• Brake Check:
  • Fluid levels (top up where required),
  • Inspect brake pad thickness/condition
• Electrical check:
  • All lights / signal operation,
  • Headlamp beam alignment,
  • Bulb replacement where required

Upgrade to Option 2 between 1^st November 2010 and 1^st March 2011 for £249 +vat

Service option 2: £289 +vat

• Air filter replacement,
• Fuel filter replacement,
• Spark plug replacement,
• Chassis service:
  • Nut/bolt torque check,
  • Chain clean, lube and adjust tension,
  • Controls adjustment,
  • Throttle body/Carburetor synchronization,
  • Fueling optimisation adjustments
• Brake check:
  • Brake fluid replacement,
  • Strip/ clean brake calipers,
  • Deglaze brake pads and inspect thickness/condition,
  • Brake freeplay adjustment
• Clutch service: inspection/ adjustment where necessary
• Electrical check:
  • All lights / signal operation,
  • Headlamp beam alignment,
  • Bulb replacement where required

All prices quoted include Sundries and Environmental disposal of waste.

Brakes and Clutches

EBC are in our opinion the best aftermarket solution when sourcing quality brake and clutch components.

We supply EBC brake discs, brake pads, clutch plates and springs.

Brake pads are available in many compounds, so asks for advice when ordering.

Service parts

We supply and fit both O.E. Factory Genuine parts as well as quality aftermarket items.

In stock we carry oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, wheel bearings, headstock steering bearings, chain and sprocket kits, brake caliper repair kits etc… for many major makes and models, with a wider range of parts available next day.

We are dealers for NGK spark plugs and recommend them as their performance and longevity is second to none.

J9 motorcycles are also dealers for DID, Renthal and RK chain. We carry 520, 525 and 530 pitch in stock.
